Sausages

All our sausages are made from hand trimmed lamb, typically the shoulder and belly.. No pork or other meats are included.

Natural hogg casings are used.

If you would like us to use Lamb Casings (narrower sausage) for religious or cultural reasons, please let us know. We process all beef and lamb sausages, before we process the pork.

Products are NOT Gluten free unless is states so in the product title.

We are quite happy to field any questions about ingredients.
