This is a lovely straight pork sausage. We use only hand trimmed pork from the shoulder and belly.
The mix is the same as the Pork Chipoltas, except we use larger natural hogg casings.

This is a slightly lighter sausage with the same seasoning as our Traditional Cumberland. Each Pack(300g) contains 2 x150g sausage rounds. These are made with narrow lamb casings ,making them easier to cook, and 67.5% pork coarsely cut, . Great for a light meal or in a roll. Price per kg: £10.25
