Default pack Contents: 1 x Leg , 1 x Leg Shank, 1x Leg Fillet, 6 x Chump Steaks, 1 x Shoulder boned & rolled, 1 x Shoulder Oyster Cut. (Bone In, Cut into 2 pieces), 1 Rack of lamb, 1 pack of 6 noisettes, Loin boned and rolled as Short Saddle, Belly and offcuts are minced and packed in 450gm bags.
Lamb approximately 18-20kg deadweight.
